We are so lucky to have this practice in Haxby. The staff are always so kind and warm, there are never any issues with making an appointment and love our animals as much as we do.
I’m would certainly recommend Minster. Always treated us well and always available to help. Reminder on time for appointments or vacations etc. can’t fault.
Staff are always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and will always go the extra mile if necessary. Well done Minster!
The Vet and Receptionist were friendly and good with the dog's. Cindy is very nervous and it's the happiest I've seen at the vets 🐕 Rosie was her usual happy self.
The vets visits are always traumatic for our little cat, but all the vets make Jack feel at easy, and the vets are always happy to answer any of our questions.
