Went in this afternoon and the service was amazing! Ollie helped me get and set up a new phone with no hassles. He seemed very happy to help and assured that if anything went wrong I could pop back in anytime and they’d help fix it back up for me!! 10/10 would recommend

Went into the store to get a smashed phone repaired, booked repair as you should. On the website I was quoted 2-4 hour repair. Because of minor cosmetic damage to the back of the phone, this 2 hour repair has turned into a two day repair without any further communication with me about the status of the 'needed parts' for cosmetic damage. DO NOT REPAIR YOUR PHONE WITH EE. They lie about repair times.

Awful experience at the hands of Muhammed I've been with EE twenty years booked an appointment to get new phone and set up explaining i was not savvy he did nothing I asked him to did set anything up had to get his friend to set it up properly. Did notice staff member Mark seemed nice he was with other people sadly, terrible service!!!!! Surly staff rude to customers no respect it's really upset me

Worst experience of my life! Had to travel into York 4 times just to get my camera fixed on my phone. The staff is just plain rude and incompetent. Can’t keep simple details on the system between “appointments” I showed up for 3 appointments that were “lost” and then they didn’t have the parts even though it was booked in over a week ago and they never let me know before I travelled there again. One time they said it would take roughly 2 hours and I’d get a text when it’s ready, over 2 hours later I showed up to see how it was going and they said they hadn’t even started as they had no parts, WHY DIDN’T THEY LET ME KNOW???? I’ve never seen incompetence like it. You’re better off going to an independent phone fixer down the road who actually care about there work and stock common parts for common phones! The staff were so rude too treating us like less than human. Unless you’re going in to buy a new phone so they get there commission then they really don’t care. If I was there manager I’d be sacking the lot of them and starting again. Not happy do not recommend
