Excellent service here at iMobile. We came in for a new screen cover for my ancient P30 lite, and they had the exact case in to fit. At £5 only and fitted we got one for my partner, came to £13 altogether, fitted & done. The staff were knowledgeable, there were no sales pressures and they were pleasant. Thoroughly recommended. It just works.

Basant was extremely helpful when purchasing a new iPhone to replace the one of mine with a broken screen. He answered all my questions promptly and gave me an amazing deal! This is the worst thing ever happened to me. One should be accountable for his mistake when he broke the back screen of my phone while he was fixing. I would not recommend the work of today's guy. As he is not suitable for costumer handling also. so disappointed.

My cousins and I went to this shop expecting just your average everyday mobile repair shop experience. Boy, we were wrong. I had a fantastic experience at this mobile repair shop! The service was fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. A special shoutout to Basant, who was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain the issue with my Labubu and phone and made sure it was fixed perfectly. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days—thank you, Basant! Highly recommended!
