Excellent store with lovely staff. Nice array of clothing aswell at an excellent price. We specifically went for Arsenal clothing, and they had what we needed. They even applied 10% discount.

Got decent trainers that were comfortable and supportive without giving me "new shoes" blisters even when hiking for miles.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had — not just in an Adidas store, but in ANY store. I went to Adidas Outlet in York Designer Outlet on 18 May 2025 around 3:00 PM, looking for help with shoe sizes. When I asked for assistance, the employee literally pointed with his FOOT to a box and said, “There, they’re in there.” That’s right — not a finger, not showing me — but a FOOT. Like I’m not a human being. I asked to speak to the manager. He shows up, acts like it’s no big deal, refuses to give me the employee’s name, and just says, “Well, you can make a complaint if you want.” No apology. No responsibility. Zero professionalism. Absolutely disgraceful. If Adidas cares about its reputation even a little, this entire store’s staff needs retraining — or replacing. I walked in expecting respect. I walked out disgusted. Avoid this place. Let your money go to stores where customers are treated like people, not trash.

Went in today. Picked up the wrong size and the blond haired lad working their couldn't be more helpful finding me the right size (cheers if your reading this). All staff really friendly and filled out a thing which got me 10% off what I bought today which was good too.
