Went in and found a shoe we liked. The staff (Punk Lanyard, cowboy boots cardigan) was really helpful and did her best to help both myself and my son in law finds what we were looking for.

Great shopping today in store with my grown up kids. Madz who served them both was friendly, down to earth and knowledgeable. She wasnt pushy, and just genuinely nice. Thanks Madz 😊

Could not rate them any more highly... Well kept store (staff tidying up constantly!) and everything is displayed well. Staff are super helpful and the discounts are brilliant. There is a bit of everything from protective sprays and laces to bags and boots. As mentioned, all staff were super helpful, but I want to give a special shout out to Tom. He helped me from beginning to end, didn't make me feel rushed, and gave A1 service the whole time. He helped with understanding sizing, choose on boots that would go with my style, and even ran it through the till in such a way it got the best savings. It was a 2 hour drive for us, but we'll definitely be back!

We went to this store for their black Friday sale and although the sale was amazing, Madz' service was even better! She helped me with shoes for myself, and then gave advice and helped my partner too! We both left with new shoes and smiles. Thank you!
