ECCO York

Great sale on as we passed by yesterday, so popped in to look at sandals. Bagged a great pair for the summer with the help of a gentleman who was very accommodating. My first time shopping here, it will not be the last.

Ecco footwear is absolutely top quality but we also had a lovely experience in their shop in York. Amazing staff member called Dan was incredibly helpful and very patient as well. My wife wasn't sure what size she needs for summer shoes and Dan helped her in the best professional way, checked the stock online, gave us few pairs to compare and provided highest standard service. We'll done Dan, thank you very much.

Friendly helpful staff and really rate the shoes. One of my pairs of walking trainers needed a minor repair and they sorted it out very quickly and easily

Bought some Ecco shoes here on April 29, 2024. Noticed a day or so ago that one shoe is coming apart at the seams - poorly glued I guess. I live over an hour’s drive away. Ecco returns policy mandates returning faulty footwear bought at an Ecco store, to an Ecco store: the nearest to me is about 55 minutes’ drive away. What a bummer. I guess Ecco wish to close down stores and make sales/returns all online. I’d thought it virtuous to buy at a store and keep high street folk employed. Big mistake.

I went to this store on Tuesday and I really regret it. I decided to buy some shoes for work, the cost was 140 pounds, I decided to wear the shoes yesterday and I basically hurt my feet on the back of my heels they blistered and started bleeding you can't imagine how painful they were. They said the shoes were 100% leather now I wonder what kind of leather if the slippers are so hard?! The staff is so kind and friendly but the quality is awful!!! Very disappointed!!!😡
