Whilst there was a great range in-store, and the first member of staff greeted us politely and with a smile, we were made to feel very watched the entire time. Some staff kept asking us if we needed anything repeatedly and always stood nearby us and happened to be adjusting the displays wherever we stood. We left after deciding our custom didn't feel welcome. It wasn't a very pleasant feeling especially since this was our first visit. No other store made us feel like this, they greeted us and let us get on with our selection and purchases. Very disappointed.

Walked in here for the first time and received such a warm greeting from staff. Jacob, in particular, was an absolute superstar! He helped me find the right fit, colours and styles I was looking for. You can tell he always goes above and beyond for customers. I hope the owner reads this and gives him a huge pay rise. He more than deserves it!

Have to compliment the staff, they were first rate, giving size guidance and then finding the right product. Nothing was too much trouble and they looked like they enjoyed the interaction.

This is a very nice outlet store that always has nice deals. Just wish it was a little larger and a little bit more inventory.
