Head office; pay attention! Staff are outstanding, nothing is too much for them, no one hiding behind the till, everyone assisting customers. The level of customer service exceeds everyone’s expectations. The store was impeccable and so tidy, staff folding up after assisting customers - they were amazing. Great service from everyone in our shop in York. My first visit was to explore and ended up buying two pairs. Once I got home I needed to return one pair. So next day they swapped and even altered a new pair to my size. Perfect service from walking in, to the wave as I left. Will be back and thank all the staff for their kindness, patience and service.
