Clifton Moor Retail Park

Based on the Northern side of Yorks outer ring road, the Clifton Moor Retail Park offers a broad range of shopping outlets, centred around a Tesco superstore, which itself incorporates a cafe, barbers, opticians, and a Branch of Holland and Barrett.

We , hubby and I went through the drive-through of Burger king. 2 plant based whopper meals and 6 onion rings costing about £20. Meals were great, but onion rings cold. The retail park has a few shops and different other sections of shops.

OK for typical larger retail stuff. Mid range selection of shops with plenty of parking and fast food options. Traffic coming and going is pretty much always bad.

It's got almost everything you might need, but that means it's very busy, and the York northern bypass which is the main access is often jammed, so my advice is only go to Clifton Moor when you must, and try to do several errands there to make the hassle worthwhile.

Visited for B&M and Dunelm. Large carpark easily accessed from the bypass. So much easier than trying to get into the city centre!
