Coppergate Shopping Centre

Coppergate shopping centre. While we are navigating ourselves to Shambles. We passed this area. It’s busy, lots of people. Many shops along the way flying tiger ,the works, the hole in wand, Jorvik viking centre and more. It’s nice area to visit if you are in York. Not far from shambles and Shambles market.

This is a lovely area of York city. Lovely shops and eating places. It's a very vibrant atmosphere as you through Coppergate. The Norvik Viking museum is situated in this area.

A cool place to wander about, window shopping, people watching or just relaxing over an ice cream or a beverage.

Yes, not bad. All the shops are let which makes a refreshing change to shopping centres these days. York is a tourist city so, as a local, some things just dont appeal to me. For example, Wizard Golf.

Good museum. Giving history all the way up to the 1960's. Cafe was a let down. Not enough seating and the cakes were inedible being rock hard. All in all an enjoyable experience
