GANT Outlet York

Went into store yesterday and purchased some items, one of which was for a gift. Dealt with Nicole/Nicola upon checkout. Super polite and courteous, helped me download the GANT app for future discounts and also offered to gift wrap one of my items which was a great touch. She is a credit to the store and will be returning back based on the service she gave. 5 stars!

Awesome experience here today. Found some amazing clothes and was even offered a tea. Amazing customer service from Amy who found the right size pants for me. 👍🏻

Until today I was a regular customer at the Gant store in York Designer Retails Outlet. However, today when I chose my clothes, tried them on and went to pay, when I got to the till I could only buy at the price marked on label if I signed up to their member scheme and gave them a bunch of personal info. This was not advertised as a requirement in the store and was sprung on me at the till. I declined and let them keep the shirt, as they said they would charge double the price unless I handed over my details. A terrible business practice, and after years, they have lost me as a customer. Not good at all

Absolutely brilliant service from the team especially, the store manger , Becky. I had a issue with a item I purchased and decided to call the store before I left from leeds. She was extremely pleasant and helpful. Told me to come to store and she will sort out the issue with my garments. I arrived at the store, where Becky had found my replacement items in my size and placed them behind the till. I did t have my receipt but she went the extra mile to find my receipt and exchange my items. I purchased more items whilst I was there and received a brilliant professional service. Thank you for your time and effort.

Sorry for delayed review. We’ve been on holiday. Yet again excellent service from my favourite retailer. The Gant shop in McCarthur Glen York. Hollie who served me was magnificent. I bought 5 shirts. After we left the store I received a telephone call to say I’d left my shopping behind the counter. Brill service. Very happy .., see you next time .. x
