Sunglass Hut

Had an excellent experience with this people at this store, Tia, Emily, and Chloe were so helpful! Been looking for a certain pair of sunglasses to buy my other half - had nothing but issues with stock and “perhaps something else would be better” from other stores. Here, though, nothing was an issue and I got exactly what I wanted thanks to their help! Will be going back to this store for any glasses needs because of the lovely staff!

I ordered a pair of sunglasses at the York outlet store and needed them before I went on holiday the following week. I’m so happy to say they literally came in the post the following day I’m actually amazed at how fast they turned up. The lady in the store was a great help and I couldn’t have asked for any more. Great job thank you!😁

I went to York Designer Outlet and really liked a pair of Rayban glasses, but unfortunately they weren’t in stock. The staff member went above and beyond by ordering the exact shades I wanted, and to my surprise, I received them within just two days. Their service was excellent!

Was helped by Robin today in store, she couldn’t have been more helpful or knowledgeable. Very friendly service and a lovely shop atmosphere, would definitely recommend.
