I was in Flannels and I saw the model Gel 1090 for £140 and than we decided to go ASICS York outlet I got it from there £73 Staff were super useful and shop had really good vibe Lots of running shoes if you are looking for one of them Good quality and good price

What happened to my order? I waited a week for my shoes to be delivered only to receive a last minute email telling e they had cancelled the order. I have emailed in to ask what is happening with my order, I received an automated response to acknowledge my email but no one had got back to me - its been a week now and ive chased twice. To my dismay I then received an email asking me to leave a review - i have then left a review but apparently it doesn't meet their guidelines so they wont publish it - avoid dealing with this company directly

After 3 months of occasional casual wear hole developed in the toe area. Contacted the manufacturer with pictures and they referred me to the store. Refund refused as they alleged they were to small even though they were a bigger size and I received help in fitting when I purchased them. Was offered 20% discount on a new pair. Extremely poor customer service. Wouldn't recommend buying anything from this store despite their 'guarantee of satisfaction' which is so prominently displayed.
