INOV8 York Store

We popped into the Innov8 store the day before Yorkshire Marathon 2025. I'm sorry to say I didn't get your names, but to the pair that were working that day, thank you so much!!! We visited a few running shops that day and are experienced runners - these guys in particular were amazing. Knowledgeable about the event, brilliant advice, MUCH more reasonable prices (but same products!!) And even chucked us a freebie. Fantastic customer service/friendly and the event went really well. Highly recommend.

Nice shop, friendly staff, organised and not busy, quiet and peaceful. There is a coffee upstairs, I didn’t try it but it looks nice, I might comeback some time to read my book in the coffee shop.

Visited the York shop. The staff were so helpful and very patient. Assisted in finding the best shoe, happy for us to try on lots of shoes/sizes with excellent advice and chatted the whole time, was a very pleasant experience.

I visited the brand new York store today (on its opening day) with my sister. My sister was looking for a specific pair of shoes, and Matt was incredibly helpful and friendly. We ended up both buying (the same) pair and enjoyed a delicious coffee in the new cafe. Inov8 is one of my favourite brands for running and trails, and I’m really looking forward to trying my new shoes ⛰️ we also gave the rock gradient a good test in our new shoes 😁

My partner and I have had nothing but fantastic customer experiences at Inov8 (both in York and Bakewell). Today the staff in York were so lovely and gave us the pick up we really needed! The quality of the products is superb and heads and shoulders above the competition, but the customer service is the main reason we will keep coming back. Thank you ☺️
