I've been visiting this shop for years, nothing has changed and you can still expect a close knit staff group with excellent knowledge who simply want to help and see people enjoy their raquet sports. The staff are always willing to go the extra mile and a great example of that was a few days ago when my not even a week old paddle bat simply exploded and cracked after playing a smash. Usually anywhere else or online this would mean buying a new bat but all of the staff worked together to contact Addidas and had me a like for like replacemet ready in under 48 hours! Keep up the good work guys! P.S. The bats holding up well and would strongly reccomend.

Ian is very knowledgeable and welcoming. For a beginner, Ian let me try out different rackets behind the store with a ball to help me decide the right one for me - which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this store and will definitely come back!
