Just one star, as they're putting the incorrect price stickers on their products. You're expecting to pay lets say 40 pounds, but you pay 60. Better double check everything. After I noticed that I actually paid more than expected the manager didn't want to refund the difference between what I paid and what was advertised. I decided to write this one star review, to make sure people are aware of their "mistakes" - that's how he explained this to me. Obviously the manager didn't take any responsibility for that. My review about them is based on my own experience. I gave them the chance to fix their mistake, but the manager didn't want to cooperate. I don't like their dirty moves and that's all from me.

I would rate 5 stars but sadly the staff were very hard to get hold of and not very friendly they looked miserable and unhelpful

Great service, staff are friendly and approachable. Harry served me and was very friendly he made sure I was aware of any promotions or added bonuses you had available, such as the scratch cards.

Went to the Puma York outlet in August. They had plenty of deals on and some good stock in, as well as a good deal (£30 off £100 spend). We had a bit of trouble on one item not being recognised for its labelled price but the staff and especially manager Kurtis were brilliant in helping us. Would highly recommend a visit
