first time using this shop. fantastic service telephoned ahead spoke too phil. really helpful chap and very thorough with making sure i got the correct part. great service highly recommend.

Dropped my Henry Hoover off in the morning, got a call by 10am to say what was wrong, and picked it up that evening! Super quick and friendly service, really fair price too. Loads of spares and accessories in the shop as well — definitely recommend!

I called the company to ask if they were able to supply a part for a VAX carpet shampoo. VAX themselves couldn't, or wouldn't, supply the part. A simple pump, 15 minutes to fit, no electrical connection so no risk in fitting it. Whilst on the phone the chap I was speaking to located one, gave me a price, and advised me of delivery time etc. I now have the part fitted and the machine is working again. Absolutely 100% first class service, and easy parking

I took my Dyson in today which was not working. Evidently it needed a new battery. All sorted within 10 minutes and the guy who did it was so helpful, polite and professional. Would highly recommend!

In view of the fantastic service I received from this company I have decided to write this 5 star review. They went to great lengths to locate a difficult to find spare part for a 25yr old Numatic George. Not only that they fitted it for me free of charge - something I couldn't have done myself.
