Herbert Todd & Son

After doing some shopping around, I decided to purchase my appliances from Herbet Todd and Son. The entire experience put me at ease from start to finish, especially thanks to the service I received from Forrest and Colin. They were attentive and polite. Excellent ambassadors for the company.

Our experience at Herbert Todd started with Carla who helped us choose a great washer and dryer… so knowledgeable. She introduced us to Caitlin who is their Kitchen Designer. Bottom line: fabulous experience. This lady knows her trade, designed a kitchen with us and project managed the entire job from start to finish. Her eye for detail is outstanding and if there’s a millimeter or two that doesn’t work, she catches it. Very hands on… came out to understand our space initially and during the project itself frequently visited to check on progress with the fitter, who was also first class. Her recommendations for appliances, radiators, taps and sink showed the breadth of her knowledge and the end result is truly a reflection on her talent. Thanks Caitlin

I have just had my kitchen refitted & am so pleased with how it turned out. The HT team were a pleasure to work with & very patient with my last minute ‘updates’. Special thanks to Caitlin & Jason. Very pleased with my fabulous new bathroom! The team were professional, took pride in great workmanship & tidied up! Melanie kept me fully informed throughout the process (I was away) & was very helpful about design tips & sourcing items. Thank you! Hope to work with you all again.

Excellent service. And really quick. Richard in the store was very helpful at helping me sort out the best washing machine to meet my needs. The machine was delivered within 2 days. And Joel and John, the delivery guys, were on time, very professional, and fitted the integrated machine quickly and left everything very tidy. I’d definitely recommend.

I bought a washing machine and Colin and Forrest came to install it. They were both so polite and lovely. A valuable asset to the company and would highly recommend.
