Great experience buying a new camera here yesterday. Friendly & helpful service from Joseph . Pleased I opted to use Jessops again & definitely preferred shopping in store .

Incredibly happy with the friendly and knowledgable staff. I was offered to try out the exact camera and lenses I've been contemplating buying which I haven't been able to do at competitor stores, so this was a bonus. Big shoutout to the staff working here best customer service I've had in ages, I’ll definitely be shopping here more regularly from now on.

Visited on Tuesday 25th August. Was served by a very Knowledgeable, understanding young man, who was able to understand the requirements of a relatively novice older lady who was embarking on a new journey in photography. He was confident in his product knowledge and helped me to understand a bit more about which camera was best for my needs. I bought a Fugifilm X-T30. There wasn't one in stock but it arrived by next day delivery( even though we were told it was too late in the day for that service). I am now trying to find my way round the new complexities of my better camera -It might take a while!! Many thanks again for all the time that was given to me in the shop. I am very grateful and hope the guy sees this report. He deserves praise !

I recently visited the York store, and had a brilliant shopping experience. Darrell was extremely helpful and advised me which camera would be best for my needs. He wasn't pushy in the slightest. He also mentioned about the level 1 Academy workshop they have there, which I will absolutely consider to help improve my photography skills :)

Brilliant informative service from the camera experts They really helped with finding that perfect camera for my needs. I was looking to trade in my Nikon and accompanying lenses and wanted to get something more updated and better performance They managed to help tailor my needs and find a suitable camera for travelling and really happy with how my X-T2 is performing! Excellent work guys and will be sure to visit again 😃
