Had an unknown issue with my Microsoft Windows emails, popped in and a lovely man sorted my issue in 6 mins. We also chatted about the setup of my laptop and I got some great advice. Absolutely exemplary customer service and I know now where to go next time. Amazing
Incredible service provided by Fabrizio - I could not be any more satisfied with my new PC and with all the knowledge and explanations he provided me with regarding this. This was a much more thorough and pleasant experience than any previous ones I've had with IT professionals before. 10/10 service!
Had an issue with windows not starting. The guys at Kit fixed it rapidly, upgraded my pc and gave me recommendations on future upgrades. Will definitely be going back to these guys with any future problems. 10/10
