I was seriously struggling trying to print off a pic from my tablet. Gail 3519 saw how I was getting in a muddle and helped me order an instant quality print. She was so lovely and so helpful and I didn't feel at all like an idiot. Absolutely 5 stars for customer service and the print was also great.

Went in today to buy 3 personalised picture mugs. Very impressed with the quick service and most of all impressed with how friendly and polite member of staff was. (I think his name was Lee). Good value, top quality. Would definitely recommend

Put a film in for development and was told it would be ready in around 5 days. Took 3 weeks of chasing for me to finally get the film back and when I did images were low res and I wasn't even given the original film back. For the price it wasn't worth my time or money. Staff seemed unbothered when I went into the shop, it felt like I was interrupting them by being there (first time the person serving was having a personal convo with someone who didn't appear to work there) which was just poor customer service. Thought I'd try here instead of Boots or somewhere else to give a small branch my business but after this bad experience I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I wanted a personalied bauble because I had only just lost my nanna and grandad this summer and the lady was very helpful she did it so I had my nanna on one side and my grandad on the other and it looked so professional I was able to get it done while I went shopping in my tesco with my gran and it was made in half an hour
