Went for the first time today, the staff were incredibly friendly, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. They assured us that the lego was cleaned and sterilised which I very much appreciate. I was interested in a specific figurine, which they had at a very reasonable price. My friend also came to browse, and ended up with lots of sets relevant to his interests. Would definitely recommend if you're interested in Lego!
This is a must-visit for all Lego fans, near and far. You'll find rare and hard-to-find sets here, many wonderful minifigs, fair pricing and friendly staff. We arrived late on a Friday, and as Dave was setting up for tomorrow's Lego party we happily browsed past closing time. This is a wonderful shop with it's own parking. Put it in your list when visiting York!
This shop is exactaly what I was looking for, a good mix of pre-loved and new kits, generous tubs of loose parts to search through, enthusiastic and knowledgable staff. This would be a 5 star if not for its out of the way location, but I will definataly be visiting again when I can.
A must for Lego lovers everywhere! Visited on Saturday with friends and they remembered my boys from last year. Dave is really knowledgeable and stocks a great selection of Lego. Kids got some great additions to their Lego collection and Dave went all out to ensure it was a great experience. A must place to visit and a great way to support an indie business who have a passion for Lego.
Brilliant little store found purely by accident, can highly recommend, lady who was there very pleasant and helpful,will definitely return
