We welcome you to our tent and touring van site which is exclusively for adults. We are ideally situated, just 3 miles from the centre of historic York and within easy reach of the North Yorks Moors and the glorious Yorkshire coastline.

Avoid the hassle of taking your car into the city (almost impossible to park!) by using York's Park and Ride service, only minutes away from us. Major shopping centres at Monks Cross and Clifton Moor are virtually on our doorstep.

We take pride in offering you a first class site with toilets, showers and a launderette (including facilities for the disabled) - all maintained to the standard you would expect at home.

Explore the locality and enjoy the abundance of wide ranging activities on offer in the area... or just simply relax! (We'll mention here that we have coarse fishing available for our guests in the lake adjacent).
