For outdoor types we provide a superb BBQ area, sauna accompanied with an outdoor shower and a six person outdoor aqua spa on a garden deck.

Conference facilities capable of catering for up to 16 delegates have recently been installed; wireless internet access is available for business or pleasure Free of charge in the hotel lounge.

Owned and run by the Harrand family since 1984, Hedley House Hotel is the perfect base from which to visit historic York and the surrounding countryside. We have our own off street car park and lock up garages, important in a city where parking is limited. You might even bump into the stage stars that stay with us while they tread the boards in York's theatre land.

The tariff includes a traditional English breakfast. Dinner is optional. Our award winning cuisine is based on home cooking using fresh seasonal produce from the local area, including the excellent farmer-to-plate, free roaming pork products from Yorkshire Outdoor.
