Hotel 53 is a modern and contemporary hotel in York city centre, within the historic city walls. A stylish cocktail bar and restaurant serve delicious drinks and food in the evenings, and refreshing coffees and tasty breakfast during the day.

The newly refurbished, minimalist-styled rooms have flat-screen TVs with Freeview and digital radio channels, hairdryers, tea/coffee-making facilities and walk-in power showers with complimentary toiletries. All 100 bedrooms are en-suite with accessible rooms and double rooms with twin beds available on request. Double rooms also have a sofa bed to accommodate up to 2 children up to the age of 12 years.

Breakfast is served each morning in our Restaurant with a full cooked buffet as well as an extensive choice of continental items. A continental breakfast can be delivered to your room on request and our friendly staff are always on hand to recommend attractions, restaurants and things to do in York.

Hotel 53 is less than 2 miles from York Racecourse and 1 mile from York Rail Station. The major attractions in the city centre are a short walk away and limited on-site parking is available at an additional charge.
