⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well looked after, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. What truly made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. One team member in particular went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, always greeting me with a smile and being incredibly helpful with anything I needed shout out to Henry.Their friendliness and professionalism genuinely made a difference to my stay. It’s clear they care about their guests, and that kind of service is rare to find. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
We booked The Churchill Hotel for our work Christmas party and reserved 14 rooms. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the staff couldn’t have done more for us. Each room was unique, spotlessly clean, and had incredibly comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious, featuring local produce, perfectly cooked and served piping hot. The location was ideal too—just a 10-minute walk to the city centre. We would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning. The staff truly made our stay, being exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout. Thank you!
We booked the small double, it was small but as we didn't spend much time in there it was ok. The room was lovely & clean, fab shower. The staff were very friendly & informative. The hotel was is in a brilliant location, 5/10 minute walk to The Shambles etc. The breakfast in the morning was freshly cooked to order, served piping hot and was delicious. Cannot recommend The Churchill enough, we can't wait to go back.
Positive points: The Staff were very friendly, Professional and accommodating. The hotel and room were immaculate and the beds extremely comfortable. Negative points: Having to pay £18 a night to use the car park when it should be included in the price. We were disappointed that the room didn’t have any original features and was reminiscent of a Travel lodge room. The tv was above the bed which made it impossible to watch whilst in bed. ,
Great hotel with the city centre at your feet. Behind the narrow acess gate lies a great hotel with great atmosphere. The small rooms are cozy and neat. Bathrooms are modern and clean. The hotel has a parking and offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. Please note that parking is 19gbp a day extra
