Popeyes Louisiana Chicken

We as a family have visited this Popeyes branch in The Broadway, Bradford city centre recently. We were served by a met by a friendly member of staff who directed us yo the self order machines and despite placing a large order on, our food arrived in about 15 minutes, which was great especially when the kids keep asking is the food coming every 2 minutes. The restaurant itself is bright, clean, and well laid out, with a mix of tables, chairs, and booth seating. It’s also family friendly with accessible toilets, and there’s outdoor seating available on nicer days. The kids absolutely loved the Honey BBQ stacked sandwiches and said they were really filling. My wife’s favourite was the Hot Honey box meal, and we also tried the boneless box. As for me, I couldn’t get enough of the Red Bean Creole sandwich, it was so good I had to order a second one! Really tasty, filling food and a great experience. We’ll definitely be back again with the children, especially to try the Popeyes breakfast. This is our own experience with this business, and we know different clients will have different experiences but we always leave reviews based on the service we received when we ordered or visited.

worse experience ever. Booked to go see spiderman got the popeyes with loads of time but the customer service was terrible. We order to pick up as we wanted to be a quick as possible. We ended up waiting 30 mins, no worker as the counter or anything. Everyone queuing up comping about uncooked chicken and other disappointing things. When we finally got the food it was disgusting and we had no time. The burger i had bought was pink. Uncooked Chicken. Tried to complain and get a refund but obviously there was no one around to ask. Ended up missing part of my movie anyway. Never again. I advise you to find somewhere else as this popeyes had gotten terrible recently.

Arrived at the store to find the restaurant busy as expected due to Bradford City playing in the Carabao Cup. Surprisingly, there was far too little staff, 3 to be exact and with a restaurant full and an order board full, seriously understaffed is an understatement in its entirety. I waited 40 minutes for my food to be prepared almost causing me to miss the football match, if I had known about the understaffing issue, id never have even entered the place, poor management is most appropriate as an analysis. My food cost £20 and was satisfactory but felt that it was a little overpriced for what I ordered. I won't be returning and strongly recommend a review into the management oversight at this restaurant as 40 minutes delay is simply unacceptable.

Majed was wonderful 10/10 service very nice man always checking up on us to see if we are okay BIG THANKS TO HIM ABSOLUTELY MADE MY DAY!!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩
