Went in and was greeted by the wonderful staff Harry. He told us we can sit at the table and order with our phones. Food was great! It was over seconds

Ordered on the app and collected in store, service was pretty fast considering how busy it was, didn't eat inside but the place looks pretty nice and the food was great. Update: Had to amend my review after my recent visit. First few visits were fine, everything all good but seems the quality has gone downhill massively now the initial buzz is over. Ordered two chicken sandwich meals. The tenders I had first were fine but then my partners chicken looked pink inside. Mine also looked pretty terrible, batter was just falling off and going everywhere and also didn't put any cheese on. I took them both back to be given a fresh set, which seemed to look better however the same issues persisted, batter falling off easily and chicken looked pink in places and a bit gross and slimey. It put us off the full meal and frankly put us off rushing to come back. To get it wrong a second time is pretty unforgiving, clearly theres some issues with the cooking process as the quality was nowhere near what I've experienced before, it was the worst Popeyes meal I've had. Only reduced it to 3 stars as I had a few good experiences beforehand.

No flaws to point out anywhere, food came out in about 10 minutes at lunch on first day open to public, and all tasted amazing. Reasonable price given the quantity and quality.

Waited 55 minutes for food after placing order (in store). When the food finally came it was luke warm and very bland. They also got the dips and drinks wrong. Even if the food had been ok I would not return due to the absolutely terrible service. The restaurant was fairly busy with most tables full but no one eating as they all had the same issue with the time orders were taking. A lot gave up and asked for refunds. Delivery drivers were constantly in and out with probably 5 or 6 at a time crammed in next to the front door waiting to collect. This place is clearly prioritising takeaway orders. Don't normally do reviews but this place was shockingly bad and expensive. Go to KFC.
