Very rude manager and staffs. No good customer service. Returned a faulty item I purchased from the shop. But they treated me in a rude and disrespectful manner. Product I’m very sure that is faulty because they touched it and it worked for sometime and they concluded that the product is still okay.

Good little shop for household items. Medicines, shampoo, etc. Aftershaves and perfumes are good prices, but theress no testers to smell before you make a big purchase. This needs looking in to .

Bold headed glasses wearing security. Absolutely rude and unprofessional. Was abusing a young guy for nothing - shouting to the guy he had a little winky. This was in front of small children too. Wouldn’t shop there again

Very rude manager with attitude no customer service i had dropped something accidently on floor couldnt bend down cos of back injury started shouting at me i explained my ptoblem still carried on snatch stuff out of my hand infront of other customers and staff everyone shocked with his behaviour savers needs to get rid of himasap and and getan experience manager with good customer relations he is waste of timd also staff look very uncomfortable i havd also emailed head office about this incident he thinks he owns savers i hope they get rid of yhis pathetic man
