Went in yesterday afternoon . Very rude Middle aged white woman with short hair working on tills. I went in for one thing the simple micellar water once I was at the till I put it over the basket area so it would be easier for her to scan. When it was time to give me my receipt she didn’t even pass it to me and I had to reach out over onto her side to get the item I purchased. You’d think someone of her age would have basic manners. Kindness goes a long way. Gave off a very hostile vibes Avoid!
Gina is a lovely woman very helpful,when I asked for a product, they didn’t have the exact product so she gave me a alternative lovely woman,always smiling knows how to have a laugh 100% my favourite employee.

I visit often - they are always well stocked; prices are competitive and generally cheaper than anywhere else. Staff are friendly and efficient. All COVID guidelines are observed.
