I am disgusted, I went into the Bransholme store and a member of staff young girl blonde hair walked straight in front of me while I was looking at medicine shelf, she was talking to a colleague and the colleague said I am sorry, This young girl needs to be spoken to because this is appalling customer service.

Great service from Savers at North Point Hull. I chose a click and collect and it was all ready for me. Charlotte had packed it well so that the glass bottles would not break. Good job!

Great products, unfortunately the aisles are cluttered with baskets of products and displays which, is ok if you're an able bodied shopper or you don't have a pram also the staff were rude and patronising. This is a place I probably won't revisit as this is not the first time I've encountered rude staff and cluttered aisles.
