Not sure what I was expecting from Dunkin' Drive Thru, not this though. My order was placed via the screen immediately inside the door. I didn't order the iced coffee and donut to take away, but it was served in a plastic cup and paper bag. I didn't want to take it away, I wanted to kill 30 minutes after a long drive. The place is set up for seating with bleak tables everywhere, but I didn't enjoy eating my donut from a bag like a horse. The donut was underwhelming, with the usual 'baked last week' constituency of ultra processed food. The iced ice coffee was ok, but just tasted like instant. It's just another chain outlet serving genetic paste from a grey industrial unit. If you hate Tim Hortons as much as I do, this place will feel familiar.

Very disappointed with this Dunkin’. I raised a concern about the quality of my iced matcha and even ordered a second one to make sure it hadn’t simply been made incorrectly. I visit regularly and know how the drink is usually prepared, which is why the manager’s explanation did not add up. The manager was rude, dismissive, and came across as dishonest when explaining the situation. Rather than listening to a genuine customer concern, he seemed more interested in arguing and avoiding responsibility. As a regular customer, I expected much better service and honesty. The manager’s behaviour alone is enough to put me off returning, and I would not recommend this branch to anyone.

So overpriced. First time trying it. Got a refresher which was equal to a cordial and soda. Then some doughnuts again equal to something you’d pick up for a quid in Tesco/ Morrisons. £18 spent genuinely felt robbed. Not personal to this branch just thought I’d share my experience for my first visit. Overpriced and well marketed basic food. Seriously them refresher drinks were £8 for 2 what an absolute crime.

Orderd inside, got a lemonade but the whole cup was filled with ice. Barely any lemonade majority of it was ice. Actual lemonade was really nice just wish there was less ice. Next time I would recommend ordering withoight ice

Rude and unhelpful manager. We visited dunkin donuts as a treat after visiting nearby, myself and two children. We don't have a store near where we live, so only have the chance to visit once or twice a year, when I tried logging into my app to claim 20% discount, I was told I had to sign up again despite having verified my account on our last visit. Once at the till, the member of staff said he doesn't know much about the app, I asked if the discount is just applied upon checkout and a manager walked up to us at the till asking what the problem is, I simply asked how discount is applied and she said it doesn't work for 24hrs, no apology, no smile not even a hello. I wouldn't have been bothered about paying the extra if I hadn't experienced the attitude, but I can certainly say I will be avoiding this store from now on.
