I visited today and was served by a lovely girl (Bea). She was very professional and I appreciated her help when I was asking about donut allergens, this isn’t very common in most chains but she took time and care when explaining this too me. I do apologise to her as she looked confused when I asked for her name but it’s only so I could personally acknowledge her kindness and hope her bosses can also see this
I wish to formally highlight an incident of profoundly unacceptable conduct at a Dunkin’ location. As a wheelchair user, I depend on disabled parking bays for safe and independent access. On this occasion, these bays were obstructed by a delivery driver, despite numerous alternative spaces being available. When I raised this legitimate concern, a member of staff responded with dismissive and discourteous behaviour, instructing the driver to “just ignore her” and subsequently refusing to provide their name. I was left feeling disrespected, disregarded, and undermined in a situation that directly impacts accessibility and personal dignity. Disabled parking bays are not optional conveniences; they are fundamental access provisions. This incident underscores the urgent need for accountability, rigorous staff training, and a steadfast commitment to inclusivity and respectful treatment of disabled customers.
I’ve been coming to this Dunkin in Hillsborough for quite a while now, and it’s always lovely. The staff are friendly, the place is clean, and the drinks are great, especially the seasonal ones! Always a nice atmosphere too.
What I usually have is a lovely experience at Dunkin penistone road but my trip this morning was absolute hell if I’m honest. Ordered my usual matcha for my morning trip and was met with absolute chaos. The man working clearly didn’t know what he was doing it was an absolute shambles. I waited 20 minutes for my drink which it was busy to be fair but he was playing around with the screen for about 5 minutes of my journey. My drink was majority ice I had about 3 sips of drink which when your paying £5 for something you expect a little more. Everybody in there looked Asif disappointed and I saw other customers complaining about their drink having too much ice outside. Safe to say some more training needs to be done or someone else with more experience clearly needs to be on serving with him. Really disappointed.
The staff are the kindest and very polite, the store is always extremely clean and has a very cozy vibe. The donuts are incredible and the chai latte is my new favourite hot drink of all time. I'd highly recommend going in on the 12th of each month to grab a box of 12 donuts for £12.
