Tim Hortons

Tim Horton’s in Batley is one of my favourite Tim’s I’ve visited, it’s large, modern and has lots of comfortable seating as well as friendly staff and fast service. I visited over the weekend and ordered an Iced Caramel Macchiato. My coffee was good, it had nice flavours without being too sweet, and I’d order it again. The staff were friendly and actively kept the cafe area clean and tidied up outside of rushes, which was really nice to see. I do feel the ordering system could have been slightly better, though. They were calling out long four-digit numbers from the side, using my name instead or shorter numbers would be a better system. I just feel shouting out four-digit numbers isn’t good for anyone. The 24/7 opening is particularly handy, too, especially as it’s just off the motorway, making it a reliable option to stop and grab a drink on a longer journey, even in the evenings, when I like to grab coffee anyway. I do think it’s a shame to see a lack of gluten-free food options on offer here, the Iced Capps are also not possible for coeliacs due to the risk off cross-contamination, and I’d love to see more gluten-free options in the future, even a separate dedicated blender would go a long way, but this is more of an issue with Tim’s in general, than this specific location. Overall, I like Tim’s in Batley a lot with the good coffee quality, friendly staff and convenient location and opening hours and look forward to returning.

I visit this Tim Hortons regularly and am always met with extremely pleasant staff. The service is exceptional especially from a small lady with a headscarf. She is polite, helpful and makes my visit to the store a delight. The franchise should be grateful to have her working for the team, she is a credit to the store. The food and drink variety are also great. I couldn’t recommend enough :)

I recently tried the Garlic Butter Chicken Crispy Sandwich, and it was a really enjoyable experience. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside while staying juicy and tender on the inside. The garlic butter flavor added a rich and savory taste that made the sandwich stand out compared to regular chicken sandwiches, and they have a very lovely stuff

I went through the drive-through today and was served by two lovely members of staff, Fatima and Ben. They were genuinely the friendliest team I’ve met there. I’m not usually a regular, but after today’s experience, I definitely will be! Fatima, who took my order, was incredibly polite, attentive, and welcoming, and Ben, who took my payment, was just as friendly and courteous. I ordered two French Vanilla Lattes and asked for them to be piping hot, and they made sure they were exactly as requested. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff were respectful, professional, and went the extra mile to make my visit a great experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great coffee and exceptional customer service!

Very much would recommend, one of Canada’s favourites across the Atlantic for a reason! Definitely go to over maccies now. The food is brilliant, plenty of choice between burger, wrap, toasty all the way to pancakes’c doughnuts, mini’s, meals, drinks hot or cold Absolutely great staff, they missed some of our fries and gave us some free small doughnuts, we ordered more once we finished to take home it was that good Very polite and helpful, even when they ran out of a particular doughnut, very patient to help suggest a replacement with what was left
