Tim Hortons

Love this Tim Horton. Friendly staff, nice looking place. Unfortunately, judging by the state of the toilets (look at the sink holes and gunk around tap, sticky floors), I just can’t see how the kitchen could be any cleaner. Nice place, but could be cleaner! PS: I bring my metal straws with me wherever I go cause otherwise you damage trees by using 3 paper ones for one drink!

I’ve recently started going to Tim Hortons, and I have to say their French Vanilla latte is something else; it’s by far the best latte I’ve ever had from anywhere. It blows Costa and Starbucks out of the water! The flavor of the vanilla isn't sickly sweet like some places I’ve been to; the latte is ultra-smooth and frothy, and the vanilla aftertaste tops it off. ​I’ve also tried some of their doughnuts 🍩, and they’re loaded and oozing with fillings. They’re not like some other places where the dough is dry and sticks to your palate like "gum claggers" 🤣. Inside, Tim Hortons is always spotless, and the staff are friendly, professional, and well-presented. Even the prep area is nipping clean. Overall, it’s always a very pleasant experience!

Nice place, staff polite and professional, plenty of choice with the food, starters, sides and drinks, prices really good too. Plenty of seating inside nice chilled vibe and the food really nice i tried the garlic butter chicken burger bloody lovely also the dirty waffle fries with maple barbecue really nice excellent place highly recommended 👍💪❤️

Came to Tim hortons at Teesside Retail Park Stockton on tees, for a bite to eat and a cold drink as it's so very hot today. The cheeseburger was nice but the strawberry lemonade cooler had no ice in it and was really unpleasant because it was warm and maybe the ice usually waters down the drink as it tasted strong. And to make it even worse the air con was not on and the windows do not open. Door was closed. I felt really ill. My daughter ordered plain timbits but received cinnamon ones. I don't know why we come here as there is always at least one thing with our order that they get wrong. It's really unpleasant in here today though with it being so warm and muggy. Costa have air con as do McDonald's and it's cheaper. I don't recommend going here when its warm weather. For a change though, there were no students sat at the table round the corner using the free wifi while consuming food and drinks bought elsewhere. UPDATE: I submitted this review while still sat inside the restaurant. We got up to leave about 15 minutes later just as a staff member had opened the door and the air con came on. Coincidence after having time to read my review? Maybe but I doubt it. So there was no valid reason the a/c had not been switched on as cool air did began to fill the restaurant as we left. We initially walked in to a wall of heat it was that bad. So they purposefully let us bake and feel ill while dining there. For this reason I still don't recommend eating here during hot weather.

My first visit to Tim Hortons in 2026, weeks ordered chocolate frappe, strawberry frappe, cappuccino & Timbits. The drinks were okay okay, and treats were better to have. They have plenty of space to dine in. Some sofas were odd and dirty to seat in.
