Tim Hortons

It’s been a tradition for over a year now to come to Tim Hortons every Saturday, and I definitely think this one is going to last for a while haha. I absolutely love this place. I always come here and order their £1.29 breakfast deal on Saturday mornings; usually with a cheeky Oreo frappe and their vegetarian breakfast burger, which comes with a hash brown. It’s become part of my weekly routine now. The staff here are always very friendly and attentive. There was one time when they accidentally put a different sauce in my wrap, and before I even mentioned the mistake, they provided a complimentary wrap and drink. That level of service really stood out to me. Overall, a great spot for a quick and affordable breakfast, with consistently good service. Definitely one of my regular go to places!

The place is beautiful and peaceful. The food was delicious, and the coffee was great! I ordered a French latte, and it tasted absolutely delicious. I really enjoyed the experience and would definitely come back again. ☕️🤍

We visited Tim Hortons instead of the usual McDonald's when visiting Crystal Peaks. The store is pretty big with products on display to buy if you want to. It was about 4pm, and the shop was pretty quiet. We ordered a Matcha Iced Latte and a Fried Chicken Burger and lattice fries. We must have waited maybe 10 minutes before our order was ready as it appeared freshly cooked. The Matcha Iced Latte tasted good, different to other Matcha drinks. The Burger was delicious and the lattice fries were good. All in all a little more expensive that McDonald's but a nice alternative.

Happily pick here over McDonalds any time!! The menus do look similiar but here have a way better dessert selection and feels a lot more welcoming. Nowhere near as hectic and the food is so much better tasting. Better looking breakfast options Only problem I have is the fries, I wish you could pick normal fries. I will be coming back

Well I rarely bother leaving reviews for fast food restaurants but this team deserved it. They worked well to resolve an issue with the fire alarm quickly and professionally and kept all customers safe. After resolving the issue the manager went around and personally spoke to all the customers to make sure they were comfortable. Food was ordered and it came through hot and fresh, love the veggie meatless range. One of the guys gave a doughnut as a gesture of apology and that was very thoughtful. Staff were friendly and all smiling, happy to help which is rare nowadays in the UK to see people genuinely doing a good job. It deserves merit and recognition. 👏🏼 Also great to have later opening hours at this location, came out of my way to stop from my journey south on the M1, better than a dingy motorway services with little open at 10pm.
