Yorkshire music fans have even more reason to look forward to this summer, with Violet Grohl confirmed to perform at Leeds Festival in Wetherby on 27 August 2026. The appearance comes as demand for her debut UK tour continues to soar, prompting venue upgrades and additional dates across the country.
Leeds Festival appearance in Wetherby
Violet Grohl will take to the stage at Leeds Festival in Wetherby on 27 August, bringing songs from her debut album, Be Sweet To Me, to one of Yorkshire's biggest music events.
The festival performance gives fans across Yorkshire the opportunity to see one of alternative music's fastest-rising artists without travelling to one of her sold-out headline shows.
Manchester show upgraded after selling out
The strong demand for Grohl's UK tour has already resulted in her Manchester show on 25 August being moved to the larger Band on the Wall venue.
Originally scheduled for The Deaf Institute, the concert sold out quickly, with all previously purchased tickets remaining valid for the upgraded venue. The move allows many more fans to attend ahead of her Leeds Festival appearance.
New Brighton date added
As interest in the tour continues to grow, an additional UK headline show has been announced.
Grohl will perform at Chalk in Brighton on 8 October, with tickets available now. The extra date follows overwhelming demand for her existing shows.

London, Liverpool and Bristol headline shows have already sold out, reflecting the growing excitement surrounding Grohl's live performances.
Debut album continues to build momentum
Released in May through Auroura Records and Republic Records, Be Sweet To Me has introduced listeners to Grohl's distinctive blend of alternative rock and grunge-inspired songwriting.
The album was recorded at producer Justin Raisen's home studio. Raisen has previously worked with artists including Kim Gordon and Charli XCX.
Drawing inspiration from bands such as Pixies and Soundgarden, the record combines nostalgic influences with a contemporary sound. Singles including THUM, 595, Cool Buzz and Bug in the Cake have helped establish Grohl as one of the most talked-about new artists of the year.
