New Flavours at Hoi Polloi

One of the newcomers to Trinity Kitchen is Hoi Polloi, which brings the vibrant flavours of Singaporean hawker food right to Leeds. Visitors can indulge in halal chicken dishes, including the popular chicken satay, which is glazed in a spicy peanut sauce. Another standout is the traditional chicken rice set, served with a warming chicken broth, a pickle tray, and a drink. To complement these main dishes, Hoi Polloi offers delicious sides like pak choi and a variety of flavour-packed sauces, including sambal chilli sauce. For those with a sweet tooth, authentic desserts like banana pie and coconut jelly provide a delightful finish to this Singaporean feast.
Authentic Mexican Tacos from Hermanos Caliente

Foodies can take their taste buds on a trip to Mexico with Hermanos Caliente, which serves up authentic, gluten-free tacos bursting with bold flavours. Diners can choose from saucy birria tacos, served with a rich dipping consommé, or slow-cooked pork carnitas, infused with citrus and traditional Mexican herbs and spices. For vegetarians, the Baja Shroom taco features crispy buttermilk-fried oyster mushrooms topped with fresh curtido slaw, chipotle ranch, and garnishes, making it a fantastic option for meat-free diners.
Indulgent Comfort Food from Hot Butter
Another exciting addition to the Trinity Kitchen line-up is Hot Butter, which focuses on indulgent American-style comfort food. Guests can enjoy juicy Philly cheesesteaks, crispy chicken wings, and loaded fries, all freshly prepared and bursting with flavour. This vendor is sure to satisfy those cravings for hearty, satisfying meals that are perfect for sharing with friends or family.
Returning Favourite Doles Dirty Bags
