Had a great time at krispy kreme, fresh hot glazed doughnuts were lush as always. Want to thank Liv for her amazing service. She was absolutely brilliant. Shes kind, helpful and gave a Free doughnut with my order, which was a lovely gesture and completely unexpected. Definitely worth visiting

We took the kids as a Sunday treat and they absolutely loved it! They enjoyed choosing their doughnuts and seeing through the glass how the doughnuts were being made. The lady serving us was absolutely amazing and made the experience even more special. Such a lovely treat!

Took a trip out with the grandkids for a treat. They love this place. As soon as you walk in the sugar smell is incredible. The outfit at Birstall is fabulous, here you can see the magic happen. There are huge viewing windows which the kids love to sit at and watch the staff work their magic. The production lines were running full pelt when we arrived. It was great to watch the staff working to produce these sweet treats. Lots of tables to sit and chill. It takes the grandkids ages to choose from the dozens of available donuts. The staff member was great, really patient despite the queue growing by the second I’m not personally a fan, far too much sugar for me. The coffee is great though. Coffee and donuts…. What a concept. Winner winner This place is always busy.

I have been visiting Krispy Kreme Birstall for well over a decade and, unfortunately, I have witnessed a significant decline in standards, customer service, and the overall customer experience during that time. When this location first opened, it felt like a real destination. The store was clean, well-presented, the staff were welcoming, and there was a genuine sense of excitement about visiting. Fast forward to today, and it feels like a completely different place. The atmosphere has deteriorated, standards appear to have slipped, and the customer service is often disappointing. One of the biggest frustrations is the so-called "hot doughnut" experience. For years, Krispy Kreme has promoted the appeal of fresh, hot doughnuts straight from the production line. However, whenever I visit during what should be the advertised hot doughnut hours, they are either unavailable or there is no clear information displayed about when they are actually being served. Customers are left guessing and having to ask staff for information. Unfortunately, asking staff often feels like an inconvenience to them. On multiple visits, I have found employees to be unhelpful, dismissive, and at times outright rude. Customer-facing staff should be approachable and happy to assist, especially when customers have travelled specifically for a product that the company actively promotes. For a brand that built its reputation on quality and customer experience, this decline is disappointing. After more than ten years of visiting, I can honestly say this location is no longer the enjoyable experience it once was. Krispy Kreme needs to focus on improving staff attitudes, providing clear information regarding hot doughnut availability, and restoring the standards that made this store such a popular destination in the first place.

I've never been into a Krispy Kreme before but I'm glad I did. There was so much choice and everything was very reasonably priced. The staff were absolutely fantastic too, genuinely top notch. I got chatting to one member of staff who I believe was called Carol or Karen (apologies I can't remember, my memory is shocking) who liked my t-shirt. We ended up chatting about music/bands and had a shared love for one band in particular (The Darkness if anyone is interested) which absolutely made my day!
