I had this two years ago and it absolutely blew my mind — the filling was rich, dense, and very generous. Today I ordered the nut chocolate one, and the filling was shockingly little. I honestly don’t know if this was just a one-off or if the quality has gone downhill, but it was definitely not worth it.

Krispy kremes has amazing donuts there is no denying that. Today was gcse results day and earlier I stopped at krispy kreme to try and claim a free donut. They ran out. Understandable there were many other students, but they were there and an worker said explicitly that "they ran out". Later i check to see if there are potentially more donuts and a different worker tells me that everything was AI, despite me literally seeing people walk out with donuts earlier. So either the first worker was giving out donuts for free when not supposed to or the second worker lied about the krispy kremes offer being AI. I do not seem to have any more trust for this particular branch. The workers should be transparent with everyone, including students as we do not deserve to be lied to just because we are younger.

Came in on the morning of results day because I had seen on TikTok that you get a free doughnut for results day, but the girl explained that they were AI posts, and she instead let us know that we could fill in a survey and get a free original. So thank you!!!

Terrible Customer Service. Shop at Leeds Trinity closed several times i visited when it was after 5pm though it states its open till 8pm. I waited for sometime but no one showed up on all occasions.

I ordered online to be delivered to my house. It’s one of the most prompt delivery I have seen. The glazed donuts tasted so good. I finished it so fast. I should have ordered more than one box. It was so perfect! Will go to their store in person so I can try other flavors too. I absolutely love it.
