I’ve recently started coming here regularly, and honestly, this is easily one of the best experiences I’ve had. The hospitality here is absolutely excellent every time I walk in, I’m welcomed with such warmth and total respect, it really makes a difference. Service gets a solid 10 out of 10 across the board! A massive shout-out to Connor, who served me today. He’s an outstanding employee; he had great banter, was really funny and friendly, and just made the whole visit so enjoyable. You can tell he loves his job and treats every customer with the utmost respect. I picked up a box of doughnuts and a milkshake, and both were absolutely delicious—fresh, tasty, and exactly what you hope for from Krispy Kreme. This place is brilliant, the team is fantastic, and I’ll definitely keep coming back regularly. Highly recommended to everyone!
Great experience, staff were amazing and helpful. Also guided me to an offer of donuts and an iced drink. Strawberry matcha tasted amazing & donuts were tasty and fresh.
Went in with my partner and child today. And staff was rude. Been there many times but today after buying donut at time of payment the guy was showcasing me holding the donut bag in his hand until the payment cleared like he does not trust us. He literally wanted us to feel disrespected. Do not know if Krispy creme authorized this behaviour or he was being racist toward us.Happened today 24thmay sunday at 1:25 pm. Hope they start treating customes right so they feel welcome to come back.

NOT OPEN AS ADVERTISED This is the second time I have visited this location when it was advertised as open from 8:30am. The first time I arrived at 9am and the second time I arrived at 8:36am....Both times the doors were locked. The location is advertised as opening at 8:30am. My opinion? Do not come in the morning. I drove half an hour to get here. Very disappointed.
