Visited the store today looking for a product the staff member Gen couldn’t do enough to help me. She was brilliant definitely would recommend visiting. As products are extremely reasonably priced!!😊

It was an awful experience, I wouldn’t recommend going there. As soon as we arrived to the counter, a lady decided to go for a vape break and announce it very loud which me and my friend felt was very unprofessional. Staff was incredibly rude and mocked us as we were leaving. As me and my friend was outside, the lady who had first gone for a vape break decided to come out a numerous amount of times and stare at me and my friend alongside her male coworker whilst laughing. Personally I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time going there, I’m sure there’s plenty of other friendly staff but the two lady’s who served us were hostile and incredibly rude. Do not recommend.

You can get most items you need. Prices are reasonable. I gave 3 stars because a pet hate of mine, is getting to the till to be asked if you want to buy whatever they are flogging. If I wanted this particular item I would buy it. Same goes for anyone trying to sell you a product.

Absolutely disgusting service, I am mortified with my experience there. Never going back, women behind the counter were so rude I couldn't believe it. Was too busy going out for vape breaks to serve me properly, no respect whatsoever, very unprofessional.

It's always nice to see good customer service and the staff are always really friendly in here - they put the Morrisons staff across the road to shame to be honest!
