Excellent shop with built in entertainment courtesy of a very abrupt young lady who clearly doesn't heed warnings about the weather. Got to find out about her confusion about some appointment or other courtesy of hands free calling via her air pods, so that managed to put my mind at ease as I was really worried she might miss it. Not sure whether she managed to find the right after sun though as it had to have something specific in it. However, the actual shop has some really good brand name products in at quite decent prices and the lass on the tills seemed quite friendly although not sure she appreciated my comment when she asked if we needed a bag. I said yes we needed a bag then she told me the only ones they had left were the 59p foldable tote bags and if that was OK. My response was that to be honest we really didn't have a choice if we needed one. I tell ya the amount of toe bags/ fabric bags we have at home because the Mrs forgets to take one with her, we could open a bloody bag shop.

sent a neck cushion back because it was obvious the stitching had been badly mended. I put a note in the box I returned box. I did not get my refund so was ripped off twice.

Feels.stocked.to the hills with toiletry items and cleaning products, which is great, but it can be difficult to locate what you want or know if they even stock what you want. Sensibly priced.

Love this store! Specialises in toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, toothpaste, razor blades, etc. They do have other lines for the home (Glade air fresheners & the like) but there aren't many. Prices are around half of those in Tesco, Asda, etc and the range seems "stable" - by which I mean consistent. Located in the Cross Gates Centre (Arndale if you like) on the same side as Pound World but on the opposite side & closer to Hayes Travel. Well worth a visit if you're stocking up on a budget.

Been in here before, you can get some real good bargains, which l h Ave had in the last. Only problem l had was l n needed skmd pain kill, put some for me & husband, went to till yo psy abd eed took out what was our purchases,. Because we were together but paying separately the person on th e till refused to put my painkiller purchase through stating that it was two or three packs per person. I l left the rest of my goods unpaid f I r as a as dcnt much point going ahead with the transaction. May not happen to anyone else but check first before purchase to make e surd you can hafe the quantity yiu require. But all in all a good shop to be in to get bargains.
