Dropped in this morning based on a recommendation from another plumbing supplies shop. The customer service from the gentleman inside, his product knowledge and the help offered was absolutely amazing. Fantastic to have amazing support and value offered locally. Highly recommended. Service with a smile. A hidden gem. Everything fitted within 5 mins, all thanks to your advice and products.
I was looking for a rubber sealing for my sink. I went to Selco, Tool Station, B&Q, City Plumbing and other two ahops and these only sell the whole waste pipe as block. I went to Northern Sink as my last hope and they kindly gave me this tiny part. They probably have taken from one of their kitchen kits. Amd with a big smile asked me to leave two pounds for the charity bucket they had next to the till. I didn't have any coin on me and again with a big smile told to bring them whenever i had time. This clearly shows how this shop is not a business made by employees, but a caring family business made by kind people. Made my day, it warmed my heart!! THANK YOUU!!
