I spent months trying to find the right company to produce a large custom backdrop for my talk show, and it was honestly a very stressful process. I contacted so many suppliers – most didn’t reply, some ghosted me, and others simply couldn’t answer my questions with any real detail. From the moment I spoke with Lauren, the experience was completely different. Her attention to detail was incredible. We had a lot of emails back and forth and I ask a lot of questions – I’m a very particular client with very high expectations – but she was patient, consistent and never treated me as a nuisance. If she wasn’t 100% sure about something, she checked with the technical team and came back with clear, accurate answers. Because this backdrop was a big, expensive part of my show and I’m filming from home, I was naturally sceptical at first. She guided me through artwork specs, materials and pricing, and even applied a discount at the end, which she didn’t have to do. She matched my determination to get this project over the line. When the backdrop arrived, it was absolutely incredible – better than I’d hoped for. The print quality, colour, and overall finish are perfect for camera. I would not have been able to get this backdrop produced to this standard without Lauren’s help. She went above and beyond at every stage and is an exceptional account manager – truly an asset to the company. I’ll definitely be using this company again as my show grows, and I’ll be crediting them in the show itself because they delivered for me from start to finish. Lauren was genuinely that girl. 😊
