After the delivery people unpacked our new Sofa bed settee on the 4th December 2025 it was found to have ripped fabric, and the bed could not be extracted from the sofa by the delivery team. They refused to take the sofa away. They took photos and we took photos. We went to the store to arrange a return and replacement. The store said NO they would stitch the rips and repair the mechanical mechanisms. It has taken 41 days to get SCS to pick up there damaged on delivery sofa bed settee. SCS will not communicate with their customers or give any customer service support. SCS regulate and ban any negative Trustpilot feedback hence this report on google. We are in legal action to get SCS to refund us and compensate us for the 41 days we had to store their damaged sofa which they refused to collect in timely manner. Forcing their damaged good on us. SCS corporate policy is disengagement, disinformation and absolutely no refunds, compensation or customer service. SCS are a unprofessional, despicable company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered sofas from SCS and was given a delivery estimate that turned out to be completely meaningless the sofas arrived FOUR MONTHS late. I had already sold my old sofas based on their timeline, so we were left without any sofas for four months. Completely unacceptable. Customer service was useless. Every time I called, I was given a different excuse “next week” or “we don’t know.” No accountability, no clear answers, just constant misinformation. If I could give zero stars, I would. I would never recommend SCS to anyone. Avoid this company they clearly don’t care about their customers.

Went in the Stockton portrack store today after already visiting many other stores. We were greated by a lovely lady called Jemma who was very friendly and not at all pushy. Jemma took great care of us and despite me feeling a little upset that I couldn't find anything i liked she helped us choose the perfect sofa. I would definitely recommend them for great customer service.

Barbara from Skippers lane was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. As soon as I entered the store, she was warm and welcoming, but allowed us to have the space needed, to look round the store without feeling hassled or pressured. Barbara was knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions, and was extremely patient whilst I decided what sofa I wanted. Thank you Barbara. Your customer service skills are amazing.

Got 2 x 3 seater sofas September 2025,I specifically asked for black feet as the only options were black or oak I was told ,Didn't want the oak and I made it clear ,It was on my invoice so very clear,when I got my sofa delivered the wrong coloured feet were there so I rang and asked for them to be changed,I got replacements only to find they were still the wrong colour,this happened a second time ,still the wrong colour,allu wanted was Black feet,still haven't got them ,after ringing a 3rd time I was told they don't do them in black only oak or chrome,so I said I will have the chrome then please,haha still waiting,I've given up as no one was actually listening to what I was saying, wouldn't recommend.
