|On Thursday, 13 August 2026, the City of York is buzzing with excitement as students across the city celebrate their A Level, T Level, and post-16 vocational qualifications results. This day marks a significant achievement for many young people who have put in years of hard work and dedication to reach this pivotal moment in their education.
Celebrating Achievements
Cllr Bob Webb, the Executive Member for Children, Young People and Education at the City of York Council, expressed heartfelt congratulations to the students:
"Congratulations to all the young people receiving their A Level, T Level and vocational qualification results today. Your results are proof that young people have the drive to achieve great things and will do this City proud.”
“These results reflect years of hard work, determination and commitment, and I would also like to thank parents, carers, teachers, support staff and families who have helped students reach this important milestone.”
