Iceland Supermarket Barnsley

Absolutely disgusted at what happened in store today. Came in to do a little shop and overheard one of the workers clearly making fun of someone with a disability. The person with a disability had a high pitched voice. The person making fun of them (older lady with short white hair) saw them talking on the phone. As this person went around the corner, the worker spoke to someone on her headset saying “listen to the person with the high pitch voice, can you hear them”. Then the person with the disability walked back past her and she started laughing as they were gone. I’m ashamed and disgusted at this type of behaviour, especially from someone who I now has been working at this store for a few years. I’ve served this person with a disability at my work place, and they’re a lovely person. It’s made my blood boil knowing that someone has made fun of someone with a clear disability. Will never be shopping at this store again. Would leave a 0 star review if possible, because I am that disgusted. Please do not shop here if you have disability.

customer service is terrible in this store only ever one till on constantly moving stock around shutter is always half way down 30 mins before closing, till staff more interested in having conversations with other staff on head sets rather than focusing on people they are serving.. shocking customer service

I had a delivery on Saturday. At 830I had food missing. I are being passed around Back-and-forth I got told it will get delivered yesterday. Sunday But it did not come. I have been on the phone all day today. Then I got told it will come between five and six I have just got it and I still do not have all my food

This store has just about everything you're going to want for meals. Very large selection of various frozen food items. Disability parking and easy parking in front of the store. Prices are reasonable. Staff are friendly and helpful.
