Hi, the staff were very helpful and obliging, finding the area i needed as my mobility is not good. No problem when I asked for a gift receipt as I bought a present for my grandson.
Lots of items available at great prices and great customer service
No staff to talk to, products on sale quite expensive, many items poor quality
3 times visited ti buy Nike trainers...checked inline for stock and available...travel ti the store ti buy...no stock...waste of time and effort 😡
The employee was rude, made comments, was angry that she had to hang up the clothes and packed the clothes in a bag like garbage. Batley sport direct. Won't go there anymore.
