Visited the store today to purchase some trainers, found some that I liked and wanted to try them in my size. However there were no staff to be found to request this. I left dissatisfied and upon my exit spotted a large group off staff hiding in a corner chatting. On a positive note I found the trainers I wanted by myself so I will go and purchase them elsewhere!

I had a very disappointing experience. The customer service was poor — the staff didn’t seem interested in helping at all. On the second floor, clothes and equipment were scattered everywhere, and there were no mirrors, which made it impossible to check anything properly. Downstairs was dirty and messy as well. Even the fitting rooms weren’t marked clearly, so you have to search around to find them. Overall, it felt like they didn’t care about customers or even want to take your money.

If you want extremely poor customer service then this is the place. Went in to buy a couple of pair of trainers to be treated with rude staff. The person that was ment to be in the shoe section was no where to be seen. When we saw a member of staff told us they couldn't help because it wasn't their 'zone'. I spoke to the so called assistant manager and her attitude was disgusting. I have worked in retail for many years and never had a worse experience. So much for helping customers. We walked out without a purchase and also a number of other people did too. Not sure how this shop is still open. Definitely won't be stepping back in this shop! One to avoid.

I visited the store today with my family, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. A young staff member was assisting customers, and when I approached him for help with buying shoes for my children, he was not only unhelpful but also quite disrespectful. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and asked again, hoping for better service, but his attitude worsened. Shockingly, he even shouted at my young child when they simply wanted to try on a shoe. I reported the incident to the manager, but when the staff member was called over, he denied everything without hesitation. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in a family-oriented environment.

Poor customer service. Waited 20 minutes to get served for new trainers, no staff available upstairs. Staff downstairs wouldn't help so we left
